Refund policy
UK RETURNS
Beach 2 Bar guarantee that If you are not completely satisfied with your order we offer a 21 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to return it. We will give you a full refund for the price of the goods (not including the postage and if you spent over £200 and had free shipping this will be deducted when the goods are returned to the standard rate) providing the goods are:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with swing tags, hygiene strips and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- if the goods are not returned to us within 21 days, please send proof of postage so we see the goods ha
ve been sent within the 21 day period.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS WHERE EXTRA DISCOUNT IS GIVEN CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY or they do not fit but if you need to return items you need to be pay return postage.

- we will then forward you a returns label to print off
- you can then drop it at one of the many drop off sites
- or
- depending on size of package if we used a local carrier , you can print off the returns label and you can drop at a local drop off for YODEL, DPD
please get a certificate of posting free from the Post Office which will enable us to action your return/refund if the goods should get lost.

Please take care when trying items on, if an item is returned to us in not new condition, stained, damaged or marked then we will not be able to process your return and the item will be returned to you and we will ask you to cover the delivery costs. if we don't hear back from you in 21 days the goods will be destroyed.
We aim to process returns as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days during peak periods.

US RETURNS
Should you need to return your purchase, you have 21 days from receiving your order. We recommend you keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it.
We do not offer free international returns, however you can make your own return using any secure service. Please make sure that your return is clearly marked 'RETURN OF BRITISH GOODS' as we cannot be liable for any import fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
