All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Please take care when trying items on, if an item is returned to us in not new condition, stained, damaged or marked then we will not be able to process your return and the item will be returned to you and we will ask you to cover the delivery costs. if we don't hear back from you in 14 days the goods will be destroyed.
We aim to process returns as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days during peak periods.
